Returns & Exchanges

We hope you're happy with your Saint Palm Collective order, however if you would like to return or exchange your order please take note of the following information.

From the date your order is delivered to you, you have 14 working days to return the item to us. For returns information, please email us at saintpalmcollective@gmail.com to receive the relevant returns address - if you wish to exchange your item please let us know what you would like to exchange for, colour and size.

The item must be returned in original condition - unworn, unmarked and with no odor. All swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact to qualify for a return or exchange . We recommend to keep hold of your proof of postage or keep a picture on your phone until safely received in case of any issues. Please note you must pay for the postage to return to us - if you attempt to return without paying postage the item most likely will not reach us and we will be unable to refund you.

If you have received a damaged item, please inform us as soon as you can with photos so we can resolve the issue for you.

Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to let you know if the return has been accepted. If the item is received within 14 working days and original condition we will process the refund the day we receive the return, your bank will then take between 2-5 working days to process the refund back into your account. Postage is non refundable and will be excluded from the refund amount. If we receive your item outside of the 14 working days or in unacceptable condition it will be documented, returned to you and no refund will be processed.

We offer one complimentary exchange, if further exchanges are needed the standard postage fee will need repaying.
