By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

Our website will guide you through your order and will offer you the chance to double check all the relevant information before checking out to amend any mistakes. We are not responsible for buyer mistakes at checkout for example leaving the incorrect address. After you place your order we can not amend delivery times so please ensure you have selected the correct postage option for your needs. If you wish to make any changes to your order please email us as soon as you can to see if this is possible. If you wish to cancel your order you must email us as soon as you can to see if this is possible - if your order has already been dispatched, please note cancellation is no longer an option and you will have to wait until you receive it to begin the returns process. We will confirm your order via email or text depending on what information you leave at checkout, if not received please double check spam folders and contact us if you can not find it. You will also be notified of dispatch. Once your item is dispatched, no order information can be changed.

All payments are processed safely & securely via Stripe Payments. We can not access any of your card details or sensitive information, view them or charge again - you will only be charged at the time of ordering. If another charge appears on your account please contact us and we will check if you have accidentally ordered more than once, repeated charges are very rare and are often a glitch with your bank who must be contacted in this situation as we only have the payment from the initial order. We do not share your information with anyone.

We reserve the right to refuse an order - if an order is flagged up for fraud, unable to secure payment etc we will contact you via email to notify you of order cancellation and we may request for you to re-place an order with more information if you wish to proceed, for example orders where the information left does not match the payment methods information will be flagged up by our automatic fraud detector and cancelled in order to protect yourself & us against fraud.

If you wish to return or exchange your item you must comply with the returns policies. You must email us to receive the relevant returns address and the item must be returned in original condition within 14 working days in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Postage is non-refundable. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition or outside of the 14 working days period it will be refused and sent back to you. We strongly recommend you keep the proof of postage until your return has been received by us in case of any issues.

Please note BESPOKE orders are only eligible for exchange. Our ready to wear and handmade collections are available to return or exchange freely, but anything made custom to you is excluded from returns.

We will ship your order safely & securely to the address you leave at checkout. If you have left the incorrect address this is your responsibility to chase this up with the address left and we will not be held responsible for a refund. Your delivery should arrive within the guided time of the postage option you select, if you have not received your delivery outside of this time frame please let us know via email so we can assist you. If you claim the item has not been received we will assist you in opening a case with Royal Mail for a lost item - we are happy to refund or replace the order for you once Royal Mail investigate & close the case. If there are any custom fees to pay to the courier if you are outside the UK this will be your responsibility. If you miss the delivery it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect from the relevant center. We are not responsible for delivery delays with the courier but we will ensure your goods are delivered safely and keep you updated.

We are only responsible for delivering your item in perfect condition - if you receive a faulty item please let us know within 14 working days of receiving the item or no action will be taken. Please see our care instructions page for the best advice on looking after your garments. 

Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only, we make every effort possible to ensure true colours and dimensions are captured but we cannot guarantee colours will be reflected perfectly on monitors. We recommend viewing images across our social media platforms for best reflection of colours & to read the size guide of the products in each item description. All images and videos on our website and social media platforms are our intellectual property and we do not permit usage without permission - if you are using our intellectual property for illegal reasons for example selling products we will take necessary action for copyright claims.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time, you will only ever be charged the cost of the product at time of purchase. We do not have to honour any previous prices or discounts.

Please note when chargebacks are opened with the bank for fraudulent reasons - e.g. claiming to not have received it when it has been delivered, or claiming to have not purchased the item when all card information matches in an attempt to claim back funds fraudulently - we pass on all appropriate information & evidence to your bank and the appropriate authorities.
